Diana is currently the Fitness Coordinator of the Westmount YMCA in Montreal, where she leads a team of veteran instructors and trains new instructors. Additionally, with over 12 years experience in the fitness industry, she teaches such courses as Hi/Lo, Step, Multiple Step, Box, Boot Camp, Cycle, Stretch and Yoga. During classes it is important for her to teach well and breakdown properly. After years of personal exploration, she has developed her own personal approaches and insights into breakdown and choreography. The objective of each class is to make choreography fun and accessible. Teaching fitness classes for Diana is a creative expression. Her passion for her work is infectious. Communicating with people through her love for music and movement, she loves to inspire people to go beyond their limits and is rewarded by her student’s successes. Diana has taught many Instructor Workshops and is a great resource person for instructors trying to work out their own choreography challenges. For her students, her classes are always challenging, dynamic and fun. Please check out the full listing of available workshops.
