class with one piece of equipment! Diana will lead you into

own group class using the BOSU and how to make it adaptable
to all different levels of participants.

workshop, you will be exposed to skills at adapting your choreography

You will love this action packed interval class. Boot camp is
challenging and fun. With the option to use a variety of equipment
such as the Stability Ball, weights, body bar, the Step and
the jump rope, this class combines drills of cardio with conditioning
segments. Different ideas and format possibilities will be discussed
and explored.

Learn all there is to know about breaking down choreography
and teaching it to your class. Diana has spent years perfecting
her understanding of how students learn best and has mastered

Step (3 hours)
Take out the taps and bring your Step choreography to a higher
level. Tapless step is generally easier to follow, more fluid,
and more fun. In this workshop, learn how to create and teach
tapfree choreography through an investigation of Step moves
and traditional Step choreography. Practical. New Choreography.

transitions and Lead leg changes for Hi/lo (3 hours)
Give your participants a better understanding of how to construct
interesting and balanced choreography adaptable to different
levels of participants.

Step Training (5 hours)
A five hour training session for instructors who are already
teaching and wanting to teach Step. History, safety, vocabulary
of moves, choreography construction will be covered. This is
an interactive workshop with theory and practical sessions.

- Advanced
Step Training (5 hours)
This is a follow up to the Basic Training Designed for instructors
with a minimum of one year experience teaching Step. Learn how
to create, teach and breakdown more complex choreography. This
is an interactive workshop with theory and practical sessions.

Methods under Scrutiny (3 hours)
Find the simplest and most effective way of teaching choreography
to your participants that will ensure their success. This workshop
looks at breakdown methods for teaching choreography. There
will be a review of the pyramid, link and add on method of breakdown
and will offer a new look on teaching choreography. New
Choreography.
